Course delivery is supported by a Powerpoint presentation and a delegate pack containing the following items:

• Copy of presentation slides in a ring bound exercise manual, with room for notes on sheets
• For examination courses, many chapter review questions and mock exam papers with review exercises
• Copies of examples, chapter revision tests and exercises used in the course
  

The courses are presented in a lively interactive manner, with delegates engaged in frequent class discussions and exercises. Relevant examples from the media are always used to illustrate market 'jargon' and to put the subject matter into perspective.

Examination courses are totally focused on the examination itself, on how to study, and PASS.

All delegates will have telephone and email support provided by Mark Williams at no extra cost and will endeavor to answer all questions within 24 hours. The non-examination courses are delivered in a structured manner, designed in a format that can accommodate the delegates different interests.
